What's bothering you?
Are you neurodivergent, and a founder, self-employed, freelancer, or something like that? Then I'd like to talk to you.
Even though something like 40% of people of entrepreneurs are neurodivergent, it feels to me like it's much harder than it should be. I'm doing some relatively informal research into the barriers we tend to face when running a business.
I'm very happy to talk to anyone who identifies as neurodivergent, whether formally diagnosed or not, about any of the difficulties you face doing what you do.
We can cover anything you like, though here's a few examples from some of my other conversations:
- Playing to your strengths
- Finding things that work for you, and in the way you want them to
- Explaining/developing/realising new ideas
- Working well with colleagues and family
If you'd like to contribute, then please book in a call letting me know that this is what you'd like to talk about. We'll have a chat for an hour or so where you can complain about things as much as you like to a sympathetic audience! I'll also offer pointers to any solutions I know of, and share the (anonymised) results of what I find here in a month or so.
